Position: Project Manager
Location: West-Midlands
Salary: 40,000 - 50,000
Job Type: Full-Time

We are working with a leading provider of robotic and factory automation systems across multiple sectors, including Industrial, Medical, Automotive, Plastics, and Aerospace. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a dynamic team and drive our innovative projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Lead design reviews, control budgets, and oversee project phases from design to customer pass-off.
• Communicate across teams to ensure smooth project transitions.
• Participate in machine building, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

Qualifications:

• Engineering qualifications (degree or equivalent) preferred.
• Several years' experience in project management within an engineering setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, with a "can do" attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
