European Road Freight Export Operator

Are you looking for a rewarding new role within Freight? We are recruiting for a Freight Forwarder based in Leeds. They are looking for an experienced Road Freight Operator to join their Export team.

Whats involved

• Being the first point of call for all customers, suppliers and agents, handing all enquiries efficiently.
• Completing all relevant Export Road Freight documentation
• Updating customers on shipments and ETA's
• Providing rates and quotations, using their new and intelligent new quotations system
• Managing deliveries and all invoicing.

Experience required

• Ideally 2-3 years minimum experience within the freight industry, some Road Freight experience is essential, along with Exports
• Excellent customer service skills, and able to communicate clearly
• Languages such as Polish, German or Romanian are a bonus, but not necessary.
