I am looking for a passionate and driven Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing function for this fantastic and multi-award-winning creative agency in London. The selected candidate will work really closely with the Strategy and Creative Directors.
Your focus will be on increasing their very own brand presence online and offline from social campaigns and content through to SEO optimisation and PR.
We are looking for someone to take ownership of marketing initiatives from ideation to execution and measure their impact to continuously improve strategies.
The Role
- Take responsibility for the planning and implementation of the marketing strategy for the agency and some client accounts.
- Manage and create content for our company social media platforms.
- Manage and write e-marketing campaigns.
- Build and work with the Sales team on sales focused collateral.
- Manage CRM/Marketing platform.
- Maintain and update the website managing SEO, case studies and whitepapers.
- Create speaker opportunities at events.
- Grow PR opportunities & industry publications.
- Conduct competitor analysis and research.
- Write clear and engaging copy and content.
- Track & monitor all campaigns, working proactively to make changes as required.
The Role
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in devising and implementing full brand marketing strategies, ideally within a creative or agency environment.
- Although strategic you enjoy the delivery as much as the strategy and will be hands-on in delivering all marketing activities.
- You enjoy fast-paced environments and busy vibrant teams.
- You have great communication skills and love to write engaging content.
- You know how to assess whether marketing activities have been effective or not, and can report back to senior stakeholders.
