An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Fault Reporting Operative to join our team.

As a Fault Reporting Operative, you are responsible for the accurate and timely reporting of unplanned LV fault incidents to ensure compliance with Ofgem Licence conditions under the Quality of Service Interruptions Incentive Scheme (IIS).


Along with a competitive salary between £28,401- £31,107-, and 25-days holidays.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be accountable for:

•The input of Complex LV Fault Reports into OMS

•Accurate completion of LV Complex Fault Reports

•The auditing of all LV Fault Reports

•The correction of any non-compliant Fault Reports following identification through the audit process

•Supporting the wider business with customer service and 12-hour restoration

•Analysis and interpretation of OMS data and site fault information

•Interrogation of system records

•Inputting of data to MS Databases

•Data preparation for the annual Information Incentive Scheme (IIS)

Qualifications and Attributes

Essential Qualifications and Experience

•Minimum 2 A Levels C or above OR NVQ Level 3 OR ONC in Business Management

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

•High levels of accuracy – relating to data inputting

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

•Existing OMS experience and/or knowledge of the LV Fault network would be advantageous

•Previous office experience
