Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of projects in conjunction with other business functions to ensure milestones within the program are met.
- Maintain the Risk Register, document actions, and track mitigation efforts.
- Control project budgets, monitoring expenditure against approved allocations.
- Present project overviews to key stakeholders at a senior level.
- Oversee due diligence and work with the project team to mitigate risks in line with the program and budget.
- Update and monitor the project action log.
- Ensure design assurance by coordinating all aspects of design development.
- Collaborate and communicate with the Construction team.
- Oversee and update modeling inputs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead project meetings and reviews with the project team.
- Prepare Gate Papers by compiling information from the project team to influence stakeholders and support investment decisions.
- Manage the HSE file to capture actions and decisions in line with CDM best practices.
- A core aspect of the role will involve collaborating with all areas of the business; building relationships and working towards a common goal will be essential.
