Conversion Optimisation Specialist needed to join a rapidly expanding performance agency to help take our product development to the next level!

• Salary from £40-50k DOE
• Hybrid, 2 days onsite in Liverpool

We are a leading Automotive MarTech provider who empowers our partners to sell more cars. For over 20 years we have helped to educate and support car buyers through their journey, ensuring we connect relevant buyers with our partners to help generate sales. Our partners are offered comprehensive automotive lead generation and lead processing, giving them access to tailor made solutions unique to their industry.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

Joining our Product team you will work in an agile team of marketers, data analysts and developers. You will be key in crafting unique strategies and ensure our conversion pages are performing at maximum capacity. Your day to day will consist of developing test plans, tracking consumers, conducting continuous experimentation and implementing change based on results. You will have performance targets and will work closely with the marketing and development teams to hit these. This role has the opportunity to eventually take ownership of our lead generation performance across the business and move into a senior leadership role.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

• 3+ years experience in a similar role
• Experience in an agency, lead generation or eCommerce environment
• Proficient in tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, SQL, HTML and CSS
• Knowledge and proficiency in areas of UX design
• A focus on delivering results with the passion to learn more
