Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrators to join a leading Logistics company in their Head office based in Chineham Basingstoke. This is an ongoing temporary role that could lead to permanent.
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Logging queries on the companies CRM system
- Dealing with any live issues and investigating discrepancies
- Completing KPI trackers and performance reports
- Collate information and update business system
- Chase internal teams to find query resolutions
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers
Requirements for this position:
- Previous experience in a customer facing role
- Confident speaking over the phone
- Analytical working approach
- Experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages
Shift times available:
- 4 on 4 off Paying £12.20 per hour
- 7am until 7pm
