Mobile Carpenter

Position: Mobile Carpenter
Location: Birmingham
Salary: 30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

• 1,500 annual standby allowance for call-out (1 in 9 call-out)

Key Responsibilities

• General fabric duties including:
  • Painting and decorating
  • Fire door maintenance
  • Carpentry and building services
• Minor mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks
• Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance requirements on-site.
• Mobile role requiring travel to various locations.

Requirements

• Qualifications: Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery qualification
• Experience: Approximately 2 years in a similar role or field
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and practices
