Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full event production cycle from concept to completion
• Design and launch new conferences for established and emerging audiences
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Collaborate closely with marketing and sponsorship teams to ensure successful event execution
• Engage with speakers and clients, demonstrating strong commercial awareness and business acumen

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Humanities with a 2:1 or equivalent practical experience
• Proactive and capable of conducting independent research on industry trends and relevant topics
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, or website development software
