The Role

The role is for a CNC Turner to machine power generation and aerospace components from engineering drawings on Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes . You will be programming & setting a Fanuc turning machine to machine these components for prestigious clients. You will be generating programmes offline using CAPT or OneCNC CAD CAM software.

• Programming & setting CNC Turning machinery Fanuc controlled machines with programmes generated offline using CAPT or OneCNC CAD CAM.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate for the role will have the following attributes; Preferably you will have at least three years of experience in a similar role and must be able to set CNC turning machines using Fanuc controls from engineering drawings to machine components in various materials. Ideally you will have previous exposure in using CAPT or OneCNC CADCAM to generate programmes offline. It would also be advantageous if you have previous experience in working with exotic materials, although this is not essential.
