Job Advert: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrically Biased)

Location: Wigan
Salary: 40,000 + 10% Bonus + Overtime
Shifts: 6am-2pm (3 weeks), 2pm-10pm (1 week)

Are you an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias? Do you want to work for a forward-thinking manufacturing company offering excellent pay, bonus opportunities, and plenty of overtime?

Our client, based in Wigan, is looking for a dedicated engineer to join their maintenance team. You'll be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and supporting continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Details:

• Shift pattern: 6-2 for three weeks, 2-10 for one week
• Overtime: Loads of overtime available!
• Bonus: 10% performance bonus
• Weekend work: One Saturday a month
• Salary: 40k + 10% bonus

What You Need:

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled maintenance engineer with an electrical bias
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ, HNC, or equivalent)
