Working with a family run business you will be a valued member of the team Job Duties Include: - Booking in repairs, servicing and MOTs - Dealing with customer queries and updating on progression - Ordering of Parts and Liaising with the Technicians - Working with Customers both face to face and over the phone Requirements: - Experience within the Service and Parts Department is key - Knowledge of Kerridge, Pinnacle and Drive is also advantageous - Strong Customer Service is also key Reasons to apply: - Excellent and fun environment - Strong salary basic - No weekends This is a rare opportunity that has come available for a local Automotive business in Huddersfield. You will provide excellent customer service and keep clients up to date with the progression of their vehicles as well as the ordering of parts for the workshop. This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with no weekends. A strong salary basic is available upwards of 25k along with stability in the role.
