We are looking for an immediate, temporary internship position (6 months contract) in EMEA at Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom.


Job Purpose:


Provide administrative/operational support and assist day-to-day procurement processes & performance activities. Under indirect supervision performs a variety of duties such as deliver.


Your tasks:

  • Support in effective performance management including definition of effective KPIs, tools and methods for evaluating procurement performance and provide transparency and reporting.
  • Ensuring procurement compliance by developing, implementing, and applying policies and guidelines.
  • Advise on procurement processes, standards, tools, and best practices required to run effective procurement organization with efficient tools and systems.
  • Provide 1st level support, interface to 2nd level support.
  • Holistic knowledge of the entire procure to pay process incl. E.g., invoice processing.
  • Continuous improvement and challenging of day2day processes to make them more efficient.


Your profile:

  • Vocational or specialized training in Procurement.
  • 1+ years in relevant roles, such as internships or entry-level positions.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Openness to quick learning, with a demonstrated commitment and flexibility.
  • Strong team player.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Structured, logical, and analytical approach to work.
