Senior Operations Manager / Supported Living & Residential

Daytime Healthcare are assisting a national Residential & Support Living Supplier to source a Senior Operations Manager to cover parts of the Surrey location.

This position is to cover both residential & supported living services in Ottershaw, Walton on Thames, Chertsey and surrounding areas. Whilst this position is mainly Monday to Friday, there is also some flexibility required. There is also some working from home offered!

• Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants hold a full valid driving license and have access to their own vehicle.
• Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in both residential and supported living settings (essential).
• Knowledge and experience of person centered approaches, including positive behaviour support and person centered active support.
• Level 5 diploma or equivalent experience.
