Job Title: CPCS Traffic Marshall
Location: Luton
Pay Rate: £17 per hour (via umbrella)
Working Hours: 9.5 hours paid per day

Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified CPCS Traffic Marshall for a long-term position based in Luton, starting at the beginning of November. This role requires a CPCS A73 Card and a Traffic Marshall Ticket. It s a fantastic opportunity for a skilled traffic marshall looking for stable, long-term work in a busy construction environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely direct vehicles, plant machinery, and equipment in and out of the construction site.
• Ensure the safety of site workers and pedestrians by maintaining proper traffic control procedures.
• Communicate clearly with drivers and on-site personnel to ensure the smooth flow of traffic.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to on-site health and safety regulations.
• Assist with general site duties when needed.

Requirements:

• CPCS A73 Card (valid and in date).
• Traffic Marshall Ticket (valid and in date).
• Proven experience working as a traffic marshall on construction sites.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
