3Search is partnered with a Business Services organisation who are searching for an experienced Group Head of Internal Engagement.

You will be working very closely with the Head of Marketing to ensure the successful implementation of the internal engagement strategy and execution plans across internal audiences.

You will work on large-scale projects and have a voice to bring new ideas to the table. You will also build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business.

The successful candidate will have a proven experience building and developing employee engagement strategies, is a master of stakeholder management and has worked in a corporate environment.

Key Skills:

• 10+ years employee engagement experience
• Experience in a corporate/B2B environment
• Proven experience delivering firm-wide strategies
