Description

Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst responsibilities:

• Provide key financial insights to aid in strategic business decision-making
• Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with various teams to compile and review financial plans and budgets
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and produce reports to management
• Support the Accounting & Finance department with financial forecasts and variance analysis
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
• Analyse financial/sales data to support decision-making on a sales & cost level.
• Putting together Rolling Sales forecasts on an ongoing basis

Profile

A successful Management Accountant / FP&A Analyst should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with other financial software
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Ability to work collaboratively within the Accounting & Finance department
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and good use of initiative
