Hours: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) 8.30am to 5pm, finishing at 4pm on Fridays
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000

Momentum Recruitment Limited is looking for two 360 Recruitment/Sales Consultants to join our dynamic team in Sheffield. These roles are perfect for self-driven professionals who thrive in both recruitment and sales environments, with the opportunity to develop client relationships and manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage client accounts, building strong relationships with businesses.
• Handle the entire recruitment process, from client acquisition to candidate placement.
• Actively source candidates using various platforms and recruitment methods.
• Conduct interviews, negotiate terms, and provide high-level recruitment solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of both clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Experience in a 360 recruitment role or a strong background in sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A results-driven, proactive attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
• Strong business development capabilities and a passion for recruitment.
