Jackson Hogg are delighted to be supporting their Global client for the appointment of a QHSE Advisor due to ongoing expansion across our clients multiple sites.

This role will be responsible for implementing and maintaining QHSE standards across all our locations and product lines. This role is critical to ensuring the highest levels of quality and safety in their operations as well as compliance with environmental regulations.


Job Description

  • Develop, implement and maintain QHSE policies, procedures and standards
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
  • Report on QHSE performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification, implementing appropriate control measures
  • Develop and maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement
  • Implement initiatives to reduce environmental regulations and company policies


Skills Required

  • NEBOSH and IOSH qualified
  • Minimum 3 years experience in QHSE role, preferable within the energy or manufacturing industries
  • Indepth knowledge of QHSE management systems, standards and regulations (e.g ISO 9001, ISO 24002, ISO 45001)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
