Site Manager

Our client, an interior fitout contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team and add to their wealth of experience on a permanent or fixed-term contract basis. They are currently the main contractor on a 60-room hotel refurbishment in Hampstead on a 7-month program with a value of 2.2 million. With 7 million turnover annually, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business who are keen on offering progression from within.

A successful candidate will have proven experience as a site manager working in residential/commercial fitouts.

Site Manager Job Overview
Set up the site, organize activities, and oversee all aspects from planning to completion.
Monitor, adjust, and control project costs to ensure timely delivery within budget.
Ensure on-site safety by following health and safety protocols and implementing preventative measures.
Continuously track work quality and assess project progress to meet standards and timelines.
Manage communication with stakeholders and resolve any issues or discrepancies during construction.

Site Manager Job Requirements
Prior experience as a Site Manager working in fitout
Up-to-date SMSTS, CSCS Certificates
Open to permanent of fixed-term contract applicants (7 Months)
Available in 3-4 weeks
