Warehouse Operatives (LHR Cargo Terminals)

Position: Warehouse Operatives
Location: LHR Cargo Terminals

Shifts:

• Mainly 4 on / 2 off and 4 on / 4 off (mostly nights).
• Candidates must be flexible to work both day and night shifts.
• Night Shift Rate: £14.00 Per Hour
• Day Shift Rate: £12.70 Per Hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilise hand-held devices to locate and identify cargo accurately.
• Process paperwork in line with client requirements.
• Handle special cargo products with care.
• Build and break down pallets efficiently.
• Perform manual handling tasks as required.
• Prepare and palletize cargo as needed.

Requirements

• Checkable 5-year employment history.
• Cargo Operative Certificate.
• Basic DBS Certificate.
• Works well under pressure and too tight deadline.
• Must be physically fit.

Experience

• We will consider all levels of warehouse experience, but you must be willing to learn.
• Building and Breaking pallets, not essential
• Airline Cargo, not essential
