Commercial Property - Housebuilder - Solicitor - Up to £70,000 salary


The Role


This is a superb opportunity to join an outstanding Commercial Property team in Bristol to work on a varied caseload for well-known large housebuilders as well as for strategic land companies, smaller traditional builders and niche start-up ventures.


The firm is recognised nationally as a leading law firm with a strong reputation built on genuine client relationships and their exceptional people. Their Housebuilder sector is the largest across all departments, it encompasses all areas of commercial & residential property law.


The Candidate


  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-5 years of post-qualification experience
  • Commercial Property experience with a keen interest or experience in Housebuilding sector
  • Must have a strong academic background
  • A passion for business development
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise, and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
