We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Manager to lead and manage our paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role will focus on paid search, social, display, programmatic, and other digital advertising platforms.


Key Responsibilities:


Campaign Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and more.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement optimization.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that align with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
  • Identify new trends and insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance data.


Budget Management:

  • Plan and allocate media budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Monitor, analyze, and adjust budgets to ensure that spending is in line with campaign performance and objectives.


Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and more.
  • Continuously test new ad formats, audiences, and channels to drive better results.
  • Utilize A/B testing methodologies to improve ad creative, targeting, and bidding strategies.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, content, product) to align paid media efforts with broader marketing goals.
  • Coordinate with external partners (agencies, ad tech platforms) to maximize campaign performance.


Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate regular reports on paid media performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and third-party tools to monitor and analyze campaign success.


Stay Updated:

  • Keep up with industry trends, new platforms, and advertising technologies.
  • Evaluate and adopt innovative tools and strategies to ensure the brand remains competitive.


Key Requirements:


Experience:

  • Proven track record (7+ years) in managing paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with key platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social channels.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies and marketing automation.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms.
  • Experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and bid management.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
