Job Title: Infrastructure Identity Engineer (AD / Azure Entra ID)
Contract Type: 6 month day rate contract
Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure Identity Engineer with expertise in Active Directory (AD) and Azure Entra ID to join our team on a contractual basis. This role is crucial in ensuring that our identity management infrastructure is secure, reliable, and efficiently maintained. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and optimizing our enterprise identity systems, handling daily operational tasks, and responding to technical incidents and service requests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Active Directory / Azure Entra ID:
- Manage and maintain user identity systems, including handling platform operations, responding to incidents, and performing regular maintenance tasks.
- Azure Entra ID Enterprise Features:
- Oversee and support Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and other key enterprise applications.
- Windows Server Administration:
- Provide comprehensive management of Windows servers, focusing on health monitoring, addressing security issues, and resolving service requests.
- Infrastructure Oversight:
- Manage essential infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, and digital certificates to ensure robust and secure operations.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day technical support, manage incidents and service requests, and implement necessary technical changes.
- Conduct regular system maintenance and updates, adhering to industry best practices.
- Contribute expert knowledge to enhance services, improve processes, and maintain thorough documentation for knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with external vendors and effectively communicate with internal stakeholders across various levels.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical infrastructure support roles, with a focus on identity management.
- Proven expertise in:
- Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)
- Microsoft System Center Operations Manager (SCOM)
- Windows Server Management
- Active Directory (AD)
- Azure Entra ID
- Certificate management
- Network infrastructure services
