Interim Health & Safety and Compliance Manager

Braxfield Recruitment specialises in connecting talented individuals with meaningful opportunities. We are currently seeking a Health & Safety and Compliance Manager to join a London-Based Local Authority on an interim basis.

Location: London, SW10

Salary: £300 - £350 per day

Responsibilities:

• Update and manage information databases.
• Ensure full compliance for the organisations portfolio of properties.
• Monitor and oversee work carried out by contractors
• Preparing reports for directors.
• Assist in the procurement of new contractors.

Requirements:

• Prior experience of working within domestic property compliance.
• Excellent computer skills and an eye for detail.
• Good understanding of contract management.
• Ideally some experience of contract procurement.

Benefits:

• £300 - £350 per day umbrella rate
• Hybrid working
