On behalf of our client, specialists in the education sector, we are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Coordinator to join their team. This is a temporary role for 1-2 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leaders with staffing issues and ensure safer recruitment practices.
- Collaborate with the central HR team on employment matters such as absence management, grievances, and performance.
- Lead on staff wellbeing strategy, providing pastoral support and helping to meet key wellbeing objectives.
- Generate clear and concise reports using IT systems to support data-driven decision-making.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in HR administration, recruitment, and pastoral support.
- Strong organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to offer advice on employment terms, policies, and conditions.
- A discreet, professional approach to handling sensitive situations.
This is a part-time positon with 25 hours and the full time equivalent salary being up 33,000pa.
