Salary: 95 - 105 per day

Are you committed to supporting students? Our inclusive primary school in Birmingham, B23, is seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to provide vital support in the classroom.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in the development and implementation of personalised learning plans for students with SEND.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support to help students access the curriculum.
• Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to create an inclusive learning environment.

What We're Looking For:

• A caring and empathetic individual with experience working with SEND students.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt to the needs of the students.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
