Venrec are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client based in Maidstone, Kent for a Recruitment Consultant.
The role entails:
- Signing up and progressing new candidates through an online registration portal/ face to face.
- Communicating regularly with candidates and clients via the telephone, text and email. Making sure that all communications are updated and recorded.
- Filling primarily temporary placements, with the addition of some permanent roles.
- Booking candidate interviews and assessments.
- Sending and reviewing candidate pre assessment packs.
- Processing the weekly payroll.
- General office admin tasks.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous admin/ recruitment experience
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- The ability to work under pressure and to organise your own workload effectively.
- Holding a valid driving licence would be beneficial.
Other details:
- Salary of £26,000
- 20 days + 8 bank holidays.
- Monday to Friday, office based.
- Parking available.
- Our client offers a degree of flexibility with hours.
- The role will require flexibility as there will be an element of on call support as the agency operates 24/7. This will be on a rota system.
