Senior Process Operator, Clean Room
Location; Knutsford
Type: Fixed term contract
Duration: x3 months (likely to be extended)
Salary: Upto £35,000 PA depending on experience
Additional: 25 days holiday (pro rata) + BH, company pension
Job Overview
Russell Taylor is working exclusively with a Biotech firm who are expanding their facility and introducing new Clean Room lines. We need an experienced head for this role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the production lines.
There are grade C,D areas.
Duties
Working within a Grade C,D Clean Room adhering to cGMP standards
Environmental monitoring
To always work safely, to wear personal protective equipment as directed and to clean/maintain the PPE.
Ensuring the batch manufacturing records are updated
Monitor and control production processes to ensure optimal efficiency
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production
Creating and updating SOPs
Oversee the setup and operation of machinery and equipment
Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards
Train and mentor junior operators
The Person
Will have significant experience working in an cGMP facility with clean room experience (working as an Process Operative or Snr Process Operative)
Experience in SOP write up and conforming to GMP QMS
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills needed for training and for liaising with stakeholders
