PASSIVE FIRE & FIT OUT MANAGER

Passive Fire and Fit Out Manager for an award-winning main contractor client based in Kent.

They cover commercial projects in Kent & London. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to join a team with development and progression.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project programmes including schedules, project milestones and deadlines. Preparation and management of forecast valuation documentation
Review and track labour/material to ensure projects remain within project cost plan.
Production of detailed material take off documentation to issue to buyers to procure.
Review sub-contractor quotations, ensuring all subcontractor purchase orders are raised and issued.
Ensure all work undertaken meets the standards of quality and complies with design specifications/project brief.
Undertake regular senior management site inspections to monitor progress and quality of workmanship.
Production of CPP/health and safety documentation, ensuring review and sign off prior to the commencement of works on-site.
Arrange/undertake regular safety audits and risk assessments.
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Provide regular updates on progress, addressing any client concerns or changes in requirements.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and communications.
Document any changes or variations to the project scope.
Identify potential issues and proactively develop solutions.
Manage conflicts and mitigate risks that could impact project time-lines or quality.
Ensure quick resolution of any on-site problems to maintain project momentum.
Promote sustainable practices and materials where possible.
Stay updated on working practices, innovations and trends that could enhance future project delivery

The Ideal Candidate Will Be
Experience in presenting tenders to clients
Strong understanding of the commercial & education construction sectors
The ability to read tender specifications, drawings and produce detailed pricing cost plans
Driving licence.
