Key Responsibilities:
- System Configuration: Customize Salesforce applications to meet business needs, including object creation, page layouts, and field updates.
- User Management: Administer user roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and optimal user experience.
- Data Management: Oversee data import, export, and integrity, including creating reports and dashboards for insightful analytics.
- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage system integrations with other tools.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices to continually enhance system performance and functionality.
