Key Responsibilities:

The role of the Company Commercial Solicitor has various facets including:

1. Contract drafting and review - preparing and assessing contracts.
2. Business transactions - handling mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
3. Compliance and risk management - assessing risks in business transactions
4. Litigation and dispute resolution - Representing businesses in court or other dispute resolution processes.
5. General legal advice - Providing legal guidance

Experience and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years PQE gained with a leading regional or city firm.
• Understand the preparation of sale and purchase agreements and other technical documents.
• Have an excellent knowledge of all company commercial law including buying and selling businesses
