Role Overview:


We are seeking motivated and ambitious graduates to join our dynamic team as

Graduate Financial Sales Associates. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals

with a passion for finance and a desire to kickstart their careers in a fast-paced,

international environment. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and

managing client relationships, offering tailored financial solutions that provide

significant returns on investment.


Key Responsibilities:


? Prospective Client Outreach:

o Make outgoing calls to prospective clients, introducing them to NCAP’s

financial services and investment opportunities.

o Qualify potential investors by understanding their financial goals, risk

tolerance, and investment preferences.


? Relationship Building:

o Develop and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and

existing clients, acting as their primary contact for investment advice.


o Provide tailored financial guidance, ensuring that client portfolios align

with their short and long-term financial objectives.


? Client Meetings & Consultations:

o Schedule, arrange, and eventually participate in client meetings, both

virtually and in-person, to discuss investment opportunities and

strategies.

o Present customized financial solutions to clients, highlighting the

benefits and potential returns on investment.

o Support senior financial advisors during complex client consultations,

gaining insight into high-level financial strategies and negotiations.


? Value Addition:

o Collaborate with research and investment teams to identify financial

products and strategies that add value to client portfolios.

o Help prepare clients in-depth analysis and reports on investment

options.


? Sales & Marketing Support:

o Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing

strategies to promote NCAP’s financial products and services.

o Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, such as

presentations, brochures, and online content, to effectively

communicate the value proposition to potential investors.

o Participate in digital marketing efforts, using social media and other

platforms to reach a broader audience of prospective clients.


? Continuous Learning & Development:

o Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay

current with financial market trends, investment products, and

regulatory changes.

o Attend industry seminars, workshops, and conferences to broaden your

financial knowledge and network with other professionals.

o Regularly review market data and financial reports to deepen your

understanding of global investment strategies and emerging

opportunities.


Qualifications:


? Recent graduate with a strong academic background, preferably in finance,

economics, or related fields.


? Passion for finance and an interest in global financial markets.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.

? Self-motivated and able to work independently.

? Willingness to relocate internationally as the role progresses.
