Our client is seeking an experienced Impact and Evaluation Manager to play a pivotal role in their mission to enhance the future of education. RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Impact and Evaluation Manager will have the following responsibilities:

  • The Impact and Evaluation Manager will take charge of the day-to-day management of research activities, particularly focusing on the development of a large questionnaire based project. The RM will lead on key tasks such as literature reviews, qualitative research with key stakeholders, and survey design.
  • Spearhead research and question development process, ensuring that all activities contribute meaningfully to the evidence supporting the mission of the organisation.
  • Provide expert evaluation advice across the organization, ensuring a consistent and high-quality approach to all research initiatives.
  • Cultivate and maintain trusted relationships with partners and external funders, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals.
  • Develop into the organization’s go-to expert on parent data, representing them to key stakeholders such as government agencies.
  • Ensure research outputs are accessible, practical, and valuable to leaders.
  • Work closely with teams across the organization, to ensure seamless project management and alignment with broader objectives.
  • Be accountable for the successful delivery of research and evaluation projects.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The Impact and Evaluation Manager will have the following skills and experience:

  • A strong background in designing, delivering, and managing evaluations within a social impact setting.
  • Fantastic experience in both qualitative and quantitative research, survey design, and large-scale data collection.
  • A natural ability to maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the research process.
  • The ability to operate comfortably in fast-paced, multi-project environments, managing multiple sources of content with ease.
  • Experience using tools such as Excel, SPSS, Stata, or R to analyze and interpret data.
