A well-respected building consultancy practice are looking for a driven Building Surveyor to join their vibrant Liverpool based team.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from joining a dependable and stable team, working closely together to successfully deliver a wide range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, leisure, retail, public and office.

In this role, the Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to hone in on key skills such as dilapidations, building surveys, contract administration and project management.

This position is perfect for an ambitious Building Surveyor seeking diverse experience in a supportive and forward-thinking environment, with the potential to assume greater responsibility in the future.

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be an enthusiastic individual with the ambition to develop their career.

• BSc / MSc in Building Surveying
• Ideally MRICS or APC candidate
• Previous consultancy experience
