We currently have a position available for an Area Support Manager to assist in running our operations across the Fleet and Garages Division for the North East England region.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic candidate to be an integral part of our team. You will be expected to assist with establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships, working to KPIs, SLAs and objectives agreed with clients; you will also assist the Area Manager with regular performance reviews of accounts and planning day-to-day resources.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing full support to your Area Manager.
  • Ensuring that team members are working efficiently and are following all requirements for Health & Safety and correct customer processes.
  • Ensuring that chemicals and equipment is available and correctly stored.
  • Being a point of contact for Assured staff and our customers throughout the area.
  • Any administration duties, as directed by the Assured Group Area and/or Regional Manager.
  • Any other duties, as required.

The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Organised and able to organise a team of people.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deal with both staff members and customers.
  • Previous experience and understanding of quality processes and Health & Safety.

Salary to be discussed at interview, depending on experience.
