I am currently looking for a Joiner Multi Trade to work for a top social housing provider in the Northampton area. This role is a temp to perm position working on the day to day repairs team.
In this Joiner Multi Trade role you will be responsible for:- Reactive maintenance on council properties
- 2nd fix joinery
- Basic maintenance plumbing
- Lock changes
- Finishing skills like patch plastering and tiling
The right Joiner Multi Trade will have:- Experience in property maintenance
- NVQ or City and Guild in Joinery
- Own van and tools for first 3 months
- Clean and valid driving license
In return, the Joiner Multi Trade will get:- Tenp to perm contract with Housing Association
- £23 per hour for first 3 months then £32,000 per year when permanent
- Company van provided after month 3 when permanent.
